i went in yesterday 4/30 to have a small part fixed on my brand new vehicle they told me i could just come in and then when i got there the person who said that was not there and they couldn’t get ahold of him! i now i have to go back again a different day to get it done! kind of frustrating but oh well

I enquired on a vehicle in April of 2025, while it did not end up making sense for me to purchase Cory was amazing. He was very quick to send me a video walk around of the car and make sure I had all the info I needed to be an informed buyer. He answered all my questions. Stephan was awesome as well picked up right away and answered all my questions as well. While this car did not work for me at this time, I will be back to work with Cory and Stephan again.

I brought my car in to this dealership several times because of some electrical issues my car was having. Honestly, I felt bad for them every time I came in because my car was such a problem child. But even then, they were never rude and always listened to my concerns. They even went as far as opening a case with VW engineering to figure out the issue. I was going to give them five stars, and while my salesman was super friendly and fairly knowledgeable, and the overall experience of buying the car was great, it turns out that their inspection of the used vehicle I bought somehow didn't flag that the air filter and cabin filter were completely spent and needed to be replaced. I even brought up maintenance questions with the salesman. Again though, the staff was super friendly.

The accommodating, honest, and high quality of service I have repeatedly received at KG VW in Orem caused me to think that all dealership service centers were probably the same. However, I was wrong. When I asked DS Chevrolet in SF for a day & time to have them simply check the tire pressure for my Bolt EV, which I purchased from them, I was told the soonest time they could check the tires was 16 days. Great service. I needed some repairs on my VW and at first had some miscommunication about pricing, but I talked to Roy and he got it sorted out. He was very patient even though he had to stay late to help us.

Waited and scheduled the two recalls for the same time the oil change needed to be done. I had one advantage care oil change left to use. I also was having the cabin air filter changed and the overly sensitive parking sensors looked at for the 3rd time. Was given a loaner for 2 days. Bought a Jetta last year for commuting. Service at time of sale was excellent. Ive had car sales take over 5 hours, These guys wrapped things up in 60 minutes with a free hat. Since then service has been excellent. Ive brought it in twice for the warranty service and oil changes. Each time it was a short wait with constant communication and updates. All around great place to do business.

Still waiting for call backs after two initial call in for quotes.

Took my car here just for a service. The service department found a coolant leak and an oil leak. I was surprised by the coolant leak since I just got it back from a different dealer and had the cooling system flushed and most of it replaced. The service department was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

This place is great, Cory Jeffs really looked out for me through the whole process! Between recommending other cars when the first I test drove didn’t work out, making sure the car I ended up buying was in the best shape it can be, being patient when things came up, giving advice but not being pushy, it was a very good experience all around!

We purchased a car in June, my temp tag expires in 4 days, DMV told me Ken Garf just processed my plates yesterday. I called Ken Garf today, I was transferred to a voicemail with no name. Left a message and no call back. Changed to 4 star. I got a call back on my plates. Sounds like this is a DMV slow issue.

Our experience at this dealership was really great. Probably one of the easiest and pleasant experience compared to other dealerships we’ve been too. Damon Lynch was our sales guy and he was respectful and easy to talk too and wasn’t pushy. He really worked with us to get us a good deal. All I have to say is if you are in the market for FANTASTIC customer service, this is the place to go. I worked with Austin who was very professional, super quick to communicate, and he gave me all the info I needed in a very short amount of time. Stephan the manager was absolutely amazing too, showed a lot of respect and patience, and I am super mind blown how great their customer service was. Long story short, this Dealership is awesome, but the people I dealt with were even more awesome!!

Far better at keeping appointments and service time reasonable. Better explanations for service recommendations than my last dealership. Nice seating area while waiting.

Absolutely amazing! They have a nice lounge area with TVs popcorn drinks coffee hotchocolate chocolate milk. They have a nice selection of cars and can get you whatever you are wanting. Very friendly people and a great environment. They also have a little play room for young kids if you need. After we bought the car they set up my phone to the Bluetooth so I could use it on my way home.


The service is normally good and the people are friendly. BUT ..... Here is what prevents me from giving a higher rating: I made my appointment three weeks in advance. I dropped my vehicle off the night before so as to be first in the "Q" the next morning to ensure my car was done as quickly as possible. The overall experience was really good. Chad, our sales lead, was respectful of my process and wasn't pushy at all. The service was great, and the person who helped me provided outstanding service. My only complaint is that it takes so long to have a simple oil/filter change. It's so much more convenient to take my car to the local oil change shop, where I'm in and out in about 30 minutes. In an ideal world, an appointment at your shop would ensure prompt service.

Excellent experience

What a great experience buying a car. After text driving every electric car, I went to Garff/Orem and these guys have it down. First, for electric they have one guy that is the expert on electric so helps a lot on all the questions. Second, the time to buy in and out was 20 minutes. We had the deal confirmed prior and on arrival it was a quick process. Plus the deal on the ID4 right now is off the chart. Zero drive off and 3 years free charging and insurance was half the cost of the Tesla 3. Nice job guys!
