My Tiguan needed a major repair that required my car to be left at Ken Garff for a week. I was able to rent a brand new Jetta from them for a very low price per day, which was a life saver for me. I talked to Korbin almost every day as he kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and when my car wouls be finished. An experience that could have been very stressful was made quite pleasant because of Korbin and the folks at Ken Garff.
Leased an Atlas last week and had no me of the best car leasing experiences in 30 years. In and out in 2.5 hours, including test drive and appraisal on my trade. Damon was my salesperson and he was so kind and patient. Barton was the manager and also very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

I recently bought a car here and it was so easy and streamlined. Other dealerships treated me like they didn't want to sell a car to me, not Ken Garff Orem. The sales people always got back to me right away. I was always given answers very quickly and never left in the dark or guessing where were at in the buying process. I highly recommend using this shop for a vehicle purchase!

Efficient & attentive!
I came here looking to pickup a family members car who was out of town. They helped me out the best they could to find the car until I leaned it was at a different auto shop. They didn’t make me feel dumb or awkward about it and were very helpful.
My brand new 2026 Jetta had its engine overheat 3 days after I got it. I was able to tow the vehicle to Orem and I got in contact and explained what was going on, Katie was wonderful to talk to! She gave me updates and was helpful in to knowing what was going on. The cars fixed and runs beautifully and I’ll be coming here for their service when I need something!

I bought a used VWTiguan from a different dealership in Utah and had several issues they could not address properly. They referred me to Ken Garff, and it was like I won the lottery. The customer service, the diagnosis of issues and how they will/did address them, are superior to any service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Ken Garff.

Ever since I left the service department my alert has been going off that there is TOO much oil in my engine. I called KG and they said to just keep driving and “it should” go off eventually. How does this even happen? Too much oil, really?

I went to this Volkswagen dealer to have an oil change and emissions on my Tigue. One it went It went really really quite nicely. It wasn’t a whole long time. They let me know what was happening when I was waiting and about how long it would be so I really enjoyed getting my oil changed. It’s really quite nice.

We found a great used car online and stopped in. We were greeted by Damon (with help from Jackson) who quickly brought the car around and helped us with a test drive. My Mother passed away recently so I bought her VW but it had three key fobs but only one working key fob. I went to Parts who tried to get them working. They charged nothing for the batteries and He even walked out to my car to help troubleshoot it further before telling me that they may work if they get programmed and what that cost would be!
